I am aiming to raise money for charity and I would welcome any contribution, great or small, that you could make!

Many of my close friends and family know that in January last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I was one of the lucky ones - I had caught it early.

The treatments (surgery, radiotherapy and anti hormone therapy) were tiring and for most of the duration I was surviving not thriving through the chaos.

The diagnosis of cancer gives cause to completely re-evaluate your life and to re prioritise. Without the support of those around me it would have been a much scarier and lonely  journey.

I'm not one to mope around though..........so in October this year I am doing the Pink Pedal Challenge, a 350km bike ride across Vietnam and Cambodia to give a little bit back to all of the professionals who took part in my diagnosis and treatment.

I am hoping to raise $4000 to be donated to the Breast Cancer Network Australia and for $4000 towards travel expenses.

Every little bit helps and I know that so many of you will want to help:

I am looking for donations large and small, for any sponsors out there (any businesses would be fantastic), donations of prizes for fundraising events, ideas for fundraising events, friends who would be willing to hold fundraising events......all the help possible and I know that many of my beautiful friends would love to help out.
